Return/Refund Policy

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order before your order is dispatched. We will issue a refund

immediately. If your order has already been shipped we can not cancel it.

Returns:

To return your product, you should email us at info@getyourshiftright.com or call us at (561) 524-2467. We have a 30 day return policy. If you’ve exceeded that time frame unfortunately we

can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original

packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item

except if the return is caused by an error on our end (part defects or wrong products

shipped).

Refunds:

Once the return package is received, we will inspect the parts. After inspection your

refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original

method of payment.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

•  Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
